Project Scope

Intellectual Property and Source Code Ownership

Custom Software Projects: For custom software development projects where you engage us to build a unique solution from the ground up, upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom source code developed specifically for your project. This ownership includes the right to modify, distribute, and use the code as you see fit. This ownership excludes pre-existing frameworks, libraries, third-party components, and any reusable modules or tools, which remain under their respective licenses.

Subscription Services and SaaS Solutions: For monthly subscription services, hosted solutions, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings, you receive a license to use the software but do not receive ownership of or access to the underlying source code. The source code for subscription-based services remains the exclusive property of ZYEYZ, LLC. Upon termination of a subscription service, you retain ownership of your data but not the software itself.

The specific intellectual property terms for your engagement will be clearly outlined in your project agreement or subscription terms before work begins.

Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate support agreements only.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must refrain from:

• Transmitting any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or networks
